The HOA board has contracted with LG&E to upgrade street lighting in the neighborhood to brighter, more efficient, and longer lasting LED lights. Some conversion has already begun with more to follow, weather permitting. If any underground work is required the lighting contractor will work with BUD 811 to mark underground public utilities.

Homeowners are responsible for marking any private underground utilities such as pet fencing or irrigation. If you see marking flags near an existing streetlight take heed and mark any private underground utilities.

Message from our snow removal contractor:

Good afternoon, we are coming to you asking for a favor. Please get the word out.

With the projected weather coming Thursday night into Friday morning, parking on the street is highly discouraged.

If you have no other option than to park on the street, please get with your neighbors that have the same problem, get everyone to park on the same side of the street. The few times we have been out, our trucks are having problems getting between cars. If you could help spread the word it would be very much appreciated.

We also are asking if you live in a Cul de sac, please remove your cars off of the roadway, we will not be able to salt or clear snow. We do not have enough room to maneuver the equipment in these tight places.

The temps will be bitter cold Friday and Saturday night, as always, please check on your elderly neighbors to make sure they are ok and see if there is anything they need. Please bring the furry friends inside as well.
