If you are planning any modifications or improvements to your home’s exterior, such as a new deck, new patio, new or replacement fencing, or adding a sunroom, please remember that the details of any such modification need to be submitted to the HOA’s Architectural Review Committee. The Committee, comprised of three resident volunteers, reviews your plans and ensures they align with Saratoga Woods (SW) Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions. The Committee reviews requests via email and usually renders a decision in a matter of days.
The neighborhood still abides by the Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CCR) created by the original developer of SW. A PDF copy of the CCR document can be accessed via the HOA website on the Documents & Forms page.
As a SW resident, you can sign up for access to the HOA Residents Section of the website, then from the Documents & Forms page you can also download an Architectural Modification Form to submit to the Architectural Modification Committee for their review and response. The Saratoga Woods clubhouse parking lot is intended for resident and guest parking when visiting the pool during pool season or attending an event or meeting at the clubhouse. Parking at any other time should be of a temporary nature with the approval of the HOA board and its management company. Such requests should be sent to the board via email at
Any unauthorized parking for an extended period may result in having the vehicle towed and impounded. Appropriate signage is now posted at the clubhouse parking lot. Any questions or requests should be directed to the above board email address.
